Copaco Records is a new Los Angeles-based imprint within the Blue Élan Label Group, founded and headed by two-time GRAMMY® nominated producer and songwriter Eric Corne, along with Blue Élan co-founder Connor Pasich.
The first artist to join the Copaco imprint is the modern-day American Roots Rocker Sam Morrow, who has collaborated with Corne since 2014. The two began their partnership when Corne founded the LA-based Forty Below Records that same year. Corne has worked with an impressive stable of artists including John Mayall, Joe Louis Walker, Freedy Johnston, Jamie Wyatt, and Sugaray Rayford.
Copaco’s mission is to discover, nurture and develop artists who combine a distinct sonic identity with a compelling and unique voice. “I couldn't be more excited about collaborating with the incredible team at Blue Élan. The sense of camaraderie, vision and experience is inspiring. I'm grateful for this opportunity and look forward to the artistic contributions we can make together.”
