    SHIPPING POLICY 

    PRE-ORDER POLICY

    It is Blue Élan store policy that any purchase containing a pre-order item will be shipped on the latest pre-order release date. We will not ship products separately. However, if you would prefer to receive the non pre-order item(s) before the release date, you will have to make a separate purchase instead.

    DOMESTIC

    • Please allow 1-7 days for your order to be processed for shipping. 

    INTERNATIONAL

    • Please allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery after order has been shipped. 
    • Any import duties, tariff, taxes, or handling fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International shipments cannot be marked as “gifts” or with altered prices.

    All orders are shipped via USPS if you experience any difficulties please contact us at orders@blueelan.com.

    REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To start a return, you can contact us at orders@blueelan.com. To initiate refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on your account. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

    • Defective items can only be replaced by the same item.
    • Wearables may be returned only if they are in new condition (unwashed and unworn).

    Please include:

    • A note clearly stating what you want to happen and should include your order number or a copy of the original invoice.
    • Please include 'The ConneXtion' in the sender address to avoid having your return shipped back to you.

    Please note that:

    • Shipping and Handling fees cannot be refunded
    • Within 2 weeks of receipt of your return, you can expect to receive a credit for the returned item(s).

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
