Music has shaped Pasich’s life from the very beginning.

He began studying organ as a child and spent years performing before pursuing a legal career. While his professional path ultimately led him into entertainment law, music remained a constant presence. Throughout the years, he continued writing, listening, collecting, and championing artists whose work inspired him.

That passion eventually expanded beyond advocacy.

In 2014, Pasich co-founded Blue Élan Records with a simple philosophy: put artists first. Under his leadership, the label earned a reputation for creative freedom, collaboration, and long-term artist development. The goal was never simply to release records. It was to create an environment where musicians could do their best work.

That same philosophy continues to guide The Kirk Pasich Project.
