This past weekend, Blue Élan Records teamed up with Surfrider Los Angeles to help clean up our local Santa Monica beach! The Surfrider foundation is a team of science, environmental, and legal experts who are dedicated to the protection of our oceans, waves, and beaches.

The Memphis-based rock band Dirty Streets spent the last two years of their pandemic-induced forced time off creating new music and finding a new home with our label. The bluesy rock trio join an eclectic roster, which includes Soul Asylum, KT Tunstall, Liz Brasher, America’s Gerry Beckley, Grammy-Award winning guitarist Eric Johnson, and more. Their new album, Who’s Gonna Love You, is set for release on September 29 with the first musical taste, single “Alright,” out today.

Gerry Beckley, the illustrious singer, songwriter, performer and co-founder of legendary band America, releases his new single, “Tickets to the Past” today! The song also features his America cohort, Dewey Bunnell, on vocals and was co-written by the iconic duo and is culled from his fourth album for Blue Élan Records, Aurora.

Santiago “Jimmy” Jimenez Jr., announced today he has signed a new record deal with the recently formed Austin-based Hardcharger Records, in partnership with Blue Élan Records. Hardcharger is an imprint founded by Austin-based guitarist, singer/songwriter and author, Jesse Dayton. Santiago’s new album, Still Kicking!, will be released on May 20, 2022 while the first single, “Al Mirar Tu Cara,” is available today.

Eric Johnson announces the release of two new albums, The Book of Making and Yesterday Meets Today – first two singles, “Soundtrack Life” and “Yesterday Meets Today,” out now.
