Blue Élan Records celebrated this year's AmericanaFest with our 2nd Annual, "Red, White & Blue Élan: Our Americana Sound" party at The Filming Station on September 14th.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NN3BJroqVMQ The three hour party featured several of our Americana powerhouses including songbird Chelsea Willams, the outlaw country guitarist extraordinaire Jesse Dayton, mid-west road warriors Red Wanting Blue, and newly signed southern rockers The Vegabonds. Friends and fans joined us for tantalizing BBQ, tasty adult beverages, and some of the best music on the scene. We were honored to have a record turn-out and expand the Blue Élan family to include many local Nashville music lovers. During the festival, Kirk Pasich (Blue Élan's President), Mikaela Whitman (Blue Élan's Director of Business Affairs), and Kim Umanoff (Blue Élan's General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer) served as speakers as a part of the AmericanaFest conference at the Westin Hotel, and Rock 'n' Roll: Insuring the Music Industry" where they discussed current insurance issues impacting musicians, record labels, promoters, and venues, and provided a framework for understanding, obtaining, and maximizing insurance products available to the music and entertainment industries.
