Cindy Alexander Reveals "Try, Try, Try," The First Single Off Her Upcoming Album, While The Angels Sigh

Cindy Alexander releases "Try, Try, Try," the first single off her upcoming album, While the Angels Sigh

Cindy Alexander - Try, Try, TryCindy Alexander has announced a new album, While the Angels Sigh, and released its first single, "Try, Try, Try" today. Listen to the new song here: https://cindyalexander.lnk.to/TryTryTry Here are Cindy's thoughts on the release: FINALLY, the first single off my new record, While the Angels Sigh, is ready for your ears! It's called "Try, Try, Try" and it's about trying to connect and reignite the fire, when life (or a pandemic) gets in the way. Cowritten with my long time collaborator, Dave Darling, the track features a stellar band: Sean Hurley (bass/producer), Vic Indrizzo (drums/producer), Dave Levita (guitars) and Mike Farrell (keys). This dream team has played on SOOOOO many hit records for people like Alanis Morissette, Sheryl Crow, Lana Del Rey, Colbie Caillat and Kacey Musgraves. It was an absolute joy to work with them, made possible by the champions of indie artistry, Blue Élan Records. Please listen, enjoy, and share if you are so inclined. If there was ever a time that we depend on social media and word of mouth, it's now! I can't wait to share my new music with you. This record has been a long time in the making, and I do believe it's my best work yet. We'll be rolling out singles and videos over the next two months, and the official release date is April 23rd. Pre-orders will open February 24th with lots of cool bundles and merchandise. So stay tuned! Thank you, as always, for your continued support. I am wishing you good health, as we round the corner and peek under the Covid curtain at brighter days ahead. Love, Cindy PS: Here is a little video I made on the deck of my new home in Carmel Highlands at the top of Big Sur. It was the first time I made music in the same space as another human, outside of my family, in almost a year! Playing with me is Jesse De Carlo, a local musician. The snippet is a song (also on the new record) called "Alizarin Crimson." For those of you who know my old catalogue, it references "Joei" from my debut CD (See Red - 1999).
