The song came about in response to the 2017 "Unite the Right Rally" in Charlottesville, VA and was shot and produced by Jeff Shipman. "I grew up on protest songs from Johnny Cash, Neil Young, Joe Strummer, Woody Gunthrie, Bob Dylan and the list goes on.
